To ensure the perfect fit, all necklace and bracelet chains can be made to any length. If a different length is required please add this detail to your order in the notes section.
We use water and swim safe 14k gold filled, 14k rose gold filled and Sterling Silver where stated. Gold plated pieces and parts are made with a high quality and long wearing 2 micron 14k or 18k gold plate.
Customised items will come with the same font as the product photo. Please add any change of upper or lower case or font size to your order in the notes section.
Pearls and gemstones are natural materials so please allow for small variations in colour and shape.
